Are you considering a vaginal birth after a prior cesarean? Or have you already decided to attempt for one, and want to know how to give yourself the best possible chance of having one? Using current medical information and guidelines, we will discuss the pros and cons of VBACs versus repeat cesareans, help you explore feelings about trying for a VBAC, and discuss ways to give yourself your best possible chances of achieving your goals. Each class, in addition to being led by our passionate certified childbirth educators, will feature a mother who has had a VBAC to discuss her thoughts and experience.

Class fee includes all materials and handouts and covers the attendance of the mother and one support person (which can be a husband, partner, family member, or friend).
