Labor Skills Intensive Workshop
Saturdays from 9am-12:30pm ($45)

If you want extra time, extra practice, and more non-medical tool and techniques for mom and a partner to use during your labor and birth, this is the class for you! Learn how to use movement to help labor be a more positive experience for mom. Your support person will feel more prepared and less nervous about the process of birth as well. We will cover:
- Positions
- Breathing
- Relaxation
- Visualization
- Roving Body Check
- Labor tools
- Acupressure
- Rebozo
- Birth Balls
Most importantly, we will allow for time to practice these through rehearsals and many interactive activities.
Class fee includes all materials and handouts and covers the attendance of the mother and one support person (which can be a husband, partner, family member, or friend).
