Classes are held regularly on Sunday evenings and on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights on a rotating basis.

The Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday class series meet 6 times for 2.5 hours each time for a total of 15 class hours. The Sunday class series meets 5 times for 3 hours each time for a total of 15 class hours as well. The same awesome information is covered in all classes!

Please Note: Ideally, you will finish the series between your 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy

BabyLove's Lamaze Childbirth Classes are structured around Lamaze's 6 Healthy Birth Practices. They are comprehensive, engaging, fun, and parent focused. Our Lamaze classes include:

• Healthy pregnancy
• The onset and process of labor and birth
• Hands on practice of comfort measures and relaxation techniques
• Postpartum
• Newborn care
• Getting breastfeeding off to a great start

You will discover how to more effectively work with your care provider so that together, you can make decisions you feel good about. This class is non-birthplace specific and suitable for births in any setting. Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educators teach our Lamaze classes. They have a passion to educate in a dynamic way. You will be involved in learning every step of the way, and our small class sizes provide personal attention, allowing you to ask all of your questions. Class fee includes all materials and handouts and covers the attendance of the mother and one support person (which can be a husband, partner, family member, or friend).
