In this class, you'll learn how to use your baby's natural instincts to make breastfeeding easier, less stressful, and more enjoyable. You'll learn how to avoid common problems and where to go for help if you do have concerns. We'll also cover pumping, going back to work, and go through what to expect as your baby gets older. And because their support is so important to a mom's breastfeeding success, dads and other support people are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Class fee includes all materials and handouts and covers the attendance of the mother and one support person (which can be a husband, partner, family member, or friend).
